90 Second Creamy Herb Dipping Sauce

It's a dip that does double duty as both a party snack and a sauce for the main course. Creamy Herb Dip goes well with veggies and chips, but why stop there? Try serving it with grilled chicken or fish for a cool, fresh twist on dinner.

Ingredients

Baby spinach 6 Ounce
Arugula 6 Ounce
Chopped green onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Fresh dill 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Minced white onion 2 Tablespoon
Fresh lemon juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
Mayonnaise 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Salt and pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING

1. In food processor, combine arugula, spinach, green onion, dill, and white onion. Pulse until finely chopped.

2. Add lemon juice, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Blend well and transfer it to a bowl.

3. Fold in mayonnaise, taste and adjust seasonings of salt and pepper. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.

SERVING

4. Serve as a dipping sauce for fresh cut vegetables, fish or chicken.
