In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make 1 -- 2 -- 3 Chocolate Fudge Sauce. This sauce may be served over ice cream, cubed pound cake, and other sweet treats. It is so simple to make, easy as 1 -- 2 -- 3!

Ingredients

Evaporated milk 12 Ounce
Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Unsweetened baking chocolate 3 Ounce (3 squares)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In a medium sized saucepan, combine evaporated milk, sugar, and unsweetened baking chocolate. Place the pan on low flame, stir constantly and cook for about 15 minutes.

2. Remove pan from heat and pour vanilla. Blend until smooth.

SERVING

3. Serve as a topping for ice cream or cake.

TIPS

You may refrigerate the sauce and serve it cold.

To thinner the sauce, add additional evaporated milk just before serving.
