Betty's Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce

Peanut butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Fresh minced ginger 1 Teaspoon
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , mince
Coconut milk 4 Ounce
Hoisin sauce 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Roasted red pepper chili paste 1 Teaspoon (or to taste)
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Rice vinegar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Orange 1/2 , juiced
Lime 1/4 , juice extracted
Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon



1. In a saucepan, add butter and melt it over low to medium flame.

2. Add garlic and ginger in it. Stir and cook for about 1 minute or until softened. Remove from heat.

3. Drop peanut butter, coconut milk, hoisin sauce, red chili paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, orange juice, and lime juice.

4. Add sesame oil, and stir to combine.

5. Place the pan on low heat, and bring it to a boil. Stir continuously.


6. Serve spicy peanut dipping sauce with chicken nuggets.
