Carrot Miso Sauce

CARROT MISO DRESSING/SAUCE IS A SIMPLE WAY TO ADD SOME KICK TO THOSE VEGGIES WHETHER YOU ARE VEGETARIAN, VEGAN, OR LOVE YOU MEAT...I HOPE YOU ENJOY! BON APPETIT!

Ingredients

Carrots 2 Small
Mirin 4 Tablespoon
Rice vinegar 4 Tablespoon
Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Ginger powder 2 Tablespoon
Silken tofu 6 Ounce
Red onion 1 Small
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
Shallot 1

Directions

MAKING

1. In a blending jar blend carrots. Take out and set aside.

2. In the same jar add in onion, garlic and tofu. Blend again for a few minutes.

3. Add in remaining ingredients and blend for a few minute.

4. Return pureed carrot again to the jar and give a final swirl.

SERVING

5. Make a bed of spinach and pour down the carrot miso sauce over it and serve.
