Ingredients

Sweet cherries 2 Pound , pitted
Brandy 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Granulated sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Corn starch 4 Teaspoon
Almond extract 1/2 Teaspoon
Sweet orange marmalade 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a saucepan, combine cherries, brandy, sugar, and corn starch. Over medium heat, cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and boils; remove from heat.

2. Stir in almond extract and marmalade.

SERVING

3. Serve immediately with Brown Sugar Bark or cover and refrigerate.
