Chocolate Sauce Using Dark Rum

Plain chocolate 6 Ounce , chopped (180 Gram)
Water 3 Fluid Ounce (90 Milliliter)
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Dark rum 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)



1. Take a saucepan, and add chocolate and water into it. Soften the chocolate over a low heat.

2. Sweeten it with sugar if you like.

3. Stir in rum during the time of serving.


4. Serve the sauce hot, over vanilla ice cream or mud cake. The sauce says fresh upto a week when stored in jars at room temperature.
