Ingredients

Plain low fat yogurt 8 Ounce (1 carton)
Reduced calorie mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
Red pepper 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1)In a small bowl mix low-fat yogurt ,mayonnaise ,vinegar,mustard and red pepper.

2)Chill the mixture thoroughly.

SERVING

3)The sauce can be served with artichokes stuffed with shrimp and scallops.
