Apricot jam 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Plums 1 Pound , peeled, pitter and finely chopped (canned or fresh)
Cayenne pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Water 3 Tablespoon
Vinegar 4 Tablespoon



1. In a saucepan, combine the apricot jam, plums, cayenne pepper, salt, water and vinegar, cool and store in the refrigerator, serve when deisred to


2. Serve with most oriental poultry, beef, pork and shellfish dishes


You can store the sauce for several months and serve it whenever desired
