Honey Yogurt tofu Sauce

Plain yogurt 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Tofu 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , mashed (Soybean Curd)
Honey 1 Tablespoon
Vanilla 1/4 Teaspoon



1) Use a food processor with steel blade or a blender, to add all the ingredients.

2) Process the items to prepare a smooth mixture.

3) Transfer to a bowl, and let it mellow for at least an hour, before serving.


4) Serve the sauce with fresh fruits like berries, cantaloupe, peaches, bananas, or spread on top of pancakes.
