Tomato Cream Sauce Using Sour Cream

Tomato ketchup 4 Tablespoon
Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
Soft brown sugar 2 Ounce
Water 4 Tablespoon
Onion 1 Small , chopped
Sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste



1) In a saucepan, add in ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, water and chopped onion.

2) Cook the mixture on simmer for 5 minutes or till the mixture has reduced to about 1/4 pint or slightly more.

3) Take the pan off the flame. Allow to cool down slightly.

4) Add in sour cream, salt and pepper.

5) Without letting the mixture boil, let all the ingredients heat through well.


6) Serve the Tomato Cream Sauce along with sauted kidneys, liver and grilled sausages.
