Bagna Cauda Sauce

Ingredients

Butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/4 Pound)
Olive oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm) , mashed (Small Cloves)
Flat anchovy fillets 2 Ounce (Drained Well)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a heatproof container mix butter, olive oil, and garlic.

2. Chop anchovy fillets finely and mix to the sauce.

3. Boil and stir over moderate heat until mixture bubbles.

SERVING

4. To serve, pour into chafing of fondue pot and keep warm.
