Blueberry Sauce

Canned blueberries 1 (Drained And Juice Served)
Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon



1) Into a saucepan, mix together the sugar and cornstarch

2) Add in the blueberry juice and over a low flame, heat gently

3) Add in the lemon juice and the berries and continue to heat for about 5 minutes

4) Allow to cool at room temperature


5) Serve the blueberry sauce with waffles or pancakes
