Seafood Sauce

Ingredients

Chili sauce 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Ketchup 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Prepared horseradish 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Pepper 1/8 Teaspoon
Celery 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , minced

Directions

MAKING

1) In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together; blend thoroughly.

2) Transfer the 1 1/2 cups sauce in a jar, cover and refrigerate until chilled.

SERVING

3) Use the Seafood Sauce as required.

TIPS

If a milder sauce is preferred, use 1/4 cup pureed canned tomatoes and only 1/4 cup chili sauce.
