Fudge Sauce

Milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Confectioners sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Light corn syrup 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Semi sweet chocolate bits
Vanilla 1/2 Teaspoon



1. In a saucepan; put together milk, sugar, corn syrup and butter; slowly heat mixture until it starts to simmer.


2. In a blender jar with crumbing blades, put together chocolate bits, vanilla and very hot liquids; process for 10 seconds until mixture is smooth.


3. Serve hot fudge sauce over ice-creams or cakes.
