Steak Or Burger Sauce

Ingredients

Onion 1 Small , sliced
Celery stalk 1 , cut in 1/2 inch slices
Green pepper 1/4 , cleaned and sliced
Catsup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chili sauce 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Liquid smoke seasoning 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. Into the blender jar, attach crumbing blade and put together onion, celery and green pepper; process for about 4-6 seconds until vegetables are chopped coarsely.

FINALISING

2. Into a saucepan, pour the coarsely chopped vegetables and simmer gently for about 12-15 minutes until flavours are well blended.

SERVING

3. Serve sauce over barbeques, steaks, ribs or with burgers and sandwiches.
