Chicken Vegetable Soup with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

Frozen chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
Canned chicken broth 14 1/2 Ounce (1 Can)
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Pepper 1/8 Teaspoon
Potato 1 Small , pared and diced
Frozen cut green beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Frozen spinach leaves 10 Ounce , thawed (1 Package)
Diced cooked chicken/Lean pork 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste

Directions

MAKING

1) Take a large kettle and sauté the onions in the vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes or until tender.

2) Add water, broth, pepper and salt. Bring to a boil . Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

3) Add potato, green beans, spinach leaves, chicken or pork and salt. Cook for some more time bringing the mixture to a boil. Cover and simmer for 5 more minutes.

SERVING

4) Serve with garlic sauce and pamper your taste-buds!
