Raisin Sauce

Ginger Snaps 2 ounces, crushed
All Purpose Flour
Raisins 1/3 cup
Heavy Cream or Sour Cream 1/4 cup (optional)
Salt to taste
Pot Roast Gravy 1 cup



1) Skim off the fat from gravy and pour into a saucepan.

2) Mix in ginger snaps, flour-water mixture, and raisins.

3) Heat to boil, stirring constantly until thickened.

4) Stream the cream if desired.

5) Add salt to taste.


6) Spoon the sauce over sliced beef and serve hot.
