Chocolate Sauce With Golden Syrup

Butter 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
Cocoa powder 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
Vanilla essence 1/2 Teaspoon
Water 2 Tablespoon (2 X 15 Milliliter)
Sugar 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
Golden syrup 2 Tablespoon (2 X 15 Milliliter)



1. Place all the ingredients in a pan and heat gently till the cocoa and sugar melts. Ensure that you stir well during the cooking process.

2. Bring this mixture to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes.

3. This mix can be frozen for later use by tipping into a rigid container. Seal, label and freeze till required


4. Serve fresh or remove from freezer and thaw for four hours before serving

5. Beat well and serve chilled with ice cream
