Creamy Piquant Sauce

Cottage cheese 8 Ounce (225 Gram)
Mayonnaise/Cream cheese 2 Tablespoon
Yoghurt 2 Tablespoon
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon



1.To make the sauce, in medium jar of a liquidizer or blender, combine all ingredients.

2.Close the jar and pulse in bursts to blend into a smooth consistency sauce.

3.To make sauce without a liquidizer, sieve the cottage cheese through a fine mesh nylon sieve.

4.In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.

5.Use a wire whisk or a wooden spoon to whisk until ingredients are well blended to form a smooth sauce.


6.Serve this sauce cold, as a dip or as an accompaniment.

7.You can bottle the sauce and refrigerate until required.

8. It is a good accompaniment to batter fried fish and fritters.
