How to make homemade hot sauce with a caribbean twist. Tropical sweet and heat come together for this fruity spiked hot sauce. Using local and homegrown ingredients, I show you just how easy it is to whip up your own hot sauce today, with carambola/starfruit. This is also very lovely with mango and I love using this on everything from fried rice to pizza. Yum!
