CHILLI GARLIC Sauce

Simple ingredients are ground together to make a delicious Chilli Garlic sauce.

Ingredients

Kashmiri chillies 10 , trimmed and deseeded
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
Lime juice 1 Tablespoon (from 1 lime)
Salt To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY:

Soak chiles in hot water for 4 hours to overnight.

MAKING:

In a food processor, grind together soaked chilli, garlic, lime juice and salt.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
