|10 cloves garlic, peeled|
|1 cup soybean oil|
|1/2 cup balsamic vinegar|
|1/3 cup basil, chopped|
|1 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes|
Heat 1 cup soybean oil, red chili pepper flakes and garlic cloves over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.Remove from heat and allow to cool completely, about an hour.Transfer mixture to a food processor, add basil and blend until smooth.Season with salt and serve at room temperature with baguette slices.
