|White sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs) (200g)|
|Water||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat a saucepan with sugar and water.
Stir until sugar dissolves and allow to simmer in medium heat until the mixture turns to amber color.
Add butter and stir well. Add cream, salt and whisk well.
Allow to cool completely.
Serve and enjoy!
Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks in an airtight jar.
