Home Made McDonalds Big Mac Sauce is my version of the iconic burger condiment. While the actual recipe is a closely guarded secret, this version is easy to make, and is very close to the original. Perfect for burgers, sandwiches, used as a dip or even a salad dressing, this sauce is best used within 3 days of making - give it a go!

Ingredients

Whole egg mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
Sour cream/Natural yogurt 2 Tablespoon
Tomato ketchup 2 Tablespoon
White vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Sweet pickle relish 1 Tablespoon (Sweet Mustard Pickles)
Finely chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Tabasco sauce/Hot sauce 3 Drop

FOR 1 CUP:

MAKING:

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, vinegar, pickle relish, onions, sugar, tabasco sauce and whisk well until well combined.

 

SERVING:
