Apricot Brandied BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

Ripe apricots 4
Apple cider vinegar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (with mother)
Yellow mustard 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Ketchup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Apricot brandy 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Packed brown sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt and pepper To Taste
Balsamic vinegar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. Take apricots in a bowl. Pour apple cider vibegar on top.

2. Add mustard, ketchup, packed brown sugar and apricot brandy to the bowl.

3. Season with himalyan salt and pepper.

4. Heat everything up in the pot and simmer for about 15 minutes.

5. Reduce everything down a bit. Add balsamic vinegar.

6. Continue to cook until the apricots are completely cooked down and nicely incorporated.

SERVING

7. Use it over chicken, pork tenderloin or whatever you wish.
