Cheese sauce makes many things better. You can pour this over steamed broccoli, cauliflower and so much more.
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mustard powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly shredded cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a pan, add in the butter and flour and let it melt for couple of seconds.
Pour in milk, 1/4th cup at a time and stir continuously.
Season with salt and mustard powder and mix.
Add in handful of cheese at a time and stir well, until all the cheese is consumed.
Drizzle the sauce over steamed cauliflower and serve.
