Vegan Cheese Made With Potatoes and Carrots. AWESOME!!

GETTING READY

In a pan, boil the potatoes and carrots.

In a blender, put potatoes and carrots, onion, garlic, nutritional yeast flakes, chicken style seasoning, lemon juice, olive oil and little vegetable stock.

Blend it for about 2 minutes.

SERVING

Serve with chips.

NOTES

You can use this sauce for macaroni and cheese, cheesy pasta and broccoli cheese soup etc.
