Here's a easy recipe to make Butterscotch Sauce.. Which calls for simple ingredients such as White Sugar, Butter, Salt, Milk Cream that's it! Super easy to make and perfect for topping up your dessert, or making some Butterscotch Ice Cream or some Butterscotch Cake.. It's without brown sugar. This one is a hit for sure, the freshness and flavor pops out so make some and enjoy!


Sugar 200 Gram
Butter 60 Gram
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Cream 200 Milliliter
Milk 100 Milliliter



1. Pour sugar in a sauce pan. Melt it over heat with constant stirring.

2. Continue to cook until the caramel is of desired strength.

3. Switch off the flame, drop in butter and salt and stir that in.

4. Start adding mixture of milk and cream, whisk that in and then turn the flame on.

5. Gradually add milk and cream and continue to incorporate. Reserve some of the milk and cream mix.

6. When all the lumps have dissolved, stir in the remaining milk and cream.

7. Keep the sauce aside and let it cool completely.



8. Serve the sauce over ice creams, cake or milk shakes. Enjoy.
