|Red onion||1 Small , diced|
|Garlic cloves||3 , minced|
|Brown sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sun dried tomato ketchup||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Brown ale||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Apple cider vinegar||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Honey mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Sea salt||2 Teaspoon|
|Coarse ground black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Chipoltle hot sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Celery seed||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
In a preheated pan, add olive oil, sauté onions until translucent. Add garlic and sauté until cooked.
Add brown sugar, Sun Dried Tomato Ketchup and Koko Brown beer. Mix thoroughly and let simmer for several minutes.
Add in the remaining ingredients, stirring completely and simmer for 30 minutes on low heat to thicken up.
Use in your favorite barbecue preparations.
