GETTING READY
1. Mix 2 tablespoon teriyaki sauce and barbecue rub to minced beef. Make 6 patties out of the mix.
2. Baste with teriyaki sauce, repeat 4 times and set it aside.
3. Prepare the pineapple rings by wrapping the bacon strip around the meaty area, as shown in the video.
4. Get the monolith grill ready for direct heat.
MAKING
5. Start with mixing the sauce ingredients, bring it to a boil to make the sauce.
6. Grill the patties both sides on the grill for several minutes, follow it by grilling the pineapple.
7. Place 1/2 a slice of folded cheddar cheese slices on top of the patties and grill it for few more minutes.
SERVING
8. For building the sandwich, layer one half of the bun with 1 tablespoon sauce, followed by cheddar patties, drizzle 1 tablespoon sauce on top and cover it with the other half of the bun. Secure it with a toothpick.
