These buffalo chicken sliders are super easy to make. I am making them in my Instant pot, which is a type of pressure cooker. If you don't have a pressure cooker simply slowly cook these in your Crock Pot.
Chicken meat | 2 Pound | |
Dry ranch dressing mix | 2 Tablespoon (or 1 package) | |
Butter | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Red hot sauce | 12 Ounce (Frank's) | |
For serving | ||
Buns | 8 (Hawaiian bread rolls used) |
MAKING
1. In pressure cooker, add hot sauce, butter, ranch dressing mix, and chicken. Cover with lid and cook for 30 minutes.
2. Remove chicken from cooker and shred into small pieces. Pour the juice (as needed) from the cooker and mix well.
SERVING
3. Serve shredded chicken on buns with ranch dressing/blue cheese and enjoy!
TIPS
In using slow cooker:
Cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or on HIGH for 4-6 hours.
