A magic formula for better vision due to the use of 4 multi-nutrient ingredients viz. tomato, cheese, celery and lettuce! These are perfect to tempt anyone at snack time.


For assembling the sandwich
Brown bread slices 8
Lettuce leaves 4
Tomato slices 12
Salt To Taste
For stuffing
Carrot 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , grated
Celery 2 Tablespoon , finely chopped
Garlic 2 Teaspoon , finely chopped
Cheese spread 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Eggless mayonnaise 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Ground black pepper To Taste



1. In a bowl, combine together all the stuffing ingredients and mix well. Divide the stuffing into four equal parts and keep aside.


2. On a clean and dry surface, place one slice of bread and arrange a lettuce leaf and three slices of tomato over it.

3. Now sprinkle little amount of salt over it and evenly spread a portion of already prepared stuffing over it. Take another bread slice and cover the stuffing with it to make the sandwich.

4. Repeat the above steps to prepare three more sandwiches.


5. Cut the sandwiches diagonally into two parts and serve.
