Egg Salad Sandwich

You can't have proper tea party without egg salad sandwiches so this is my take on it. Enjoy!


Hardboiled eggs 8
Chopped green onion 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Mayonnaise 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Lemon herb seasoning 1 Teaspoon (Club House)
Tzatziki sauce 1 Tablespoon (as needed)
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
White sandwich bread loaf 1 1/2 , sliced (or whole grain 1 1/2



1. In a large bowl smash the eggs, add green onion, mayonnaise, lemon herb seasoning, tzatziki, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

2. On bread slices, place the egg mixture and cover it with the other slice. Cut into quarters.


3. Serve and enjoy!
