No Mayo Tuna Salad Sandwich is fun and healthy lunch idea for you and your family.

Ingredients

Canned tuna 260 Gram (130 grams each)
Hardboiled eggs 6
Garlic clove 1
Celery stick 1
Green onion 2 , chopped finely
Lemon zest 1 Teaspoon
Juice of lemon 1/2
Greek yogurt/Buttermilk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Bell pepper 1/2 , sliced
Salt and pepper To Taste
Sprouted bread slice 2 , toasted (whole grain used)

Directions

MAKING

1. In food processor, finely chop garlic and celery.

2. In a bowl, mash eggs and add lemon zest, green onion, tuna, celery, and garlic. Mix well.

3. Add lemon juice, yogurt,/buttermilk, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine.

SERVING

4. On toast place tuna mixture and top it with pepper slices. Serve and enjoy!

TIPS

You can serve it as open sandwich or any way you like.

Instead of yogurt you can use a combination of mayo and yogurt.
