Apple Ring PB&J - Fun School Lunch

Break out from the PBJ rut, and serve it this way! No bread, just healthy, crispy apples!

Ingredients

Green apple 2 , cored and sliced
Lemon 1/2
Raspberry preserve 4 Tablespoon
Peanut butter 4 Tablespoon (almond butter / Sunflower seeds butter)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Remove the seeds from the apple slices and apply some lemon juice over them.

MAKING

2. Spread the raspberry preserve over one slice and top with peanut butter. Close it with another slice.

SERVING

3. Pack these apple sandwiches for lunch.
