How easy you want your Saturday or Sunday breakfast to be? Well, it can't get easier than this medley sandwich to keep you full and going for the rest of the day. Give it a try and you are going to love it!

Wholewheat bread slice 4 , grilled for about 2 min
Fresh tomato salsa 3 Tablespoon , divided
Chicken salami 2
Egg 2 Small
Cheese slice 2
Salt & pepper 1 Pinch (Optional)
Dried herbs 1 Pinch (Optional)

1. Working with one pair of sandwich at a time, heat up a non-stick pan at medium and slightly toast the salami.

2. Break an egg over it, while reducing the heat to minimum. I wanted the yellow right in the middle, whole and hence I used the ladle to hold it there until most of the egg white was cooked. If you prefer adding salt and pepper, do it now.

3. If you enjoy runny yolk, then when it attains the consistency, place a slice of cheese over it.

If not, then flip over the salami-egg for a few seconds and flip it over again and then put the cheese over.

4. When the cheese starts melting, remove from heat.

5. In one slice of the grilled bread, apply about 1 1/2 tablespoon of salsa (I made mine at home, you can use a store bought one too). Place the salami-egg-cheese medley over. Sprinkle some herbs, if you like. Cover with another grilled slice.

6. Serve warm and enjoy your holiday breakfast in style!
