If you are in a hurry and dont know what to eat for snack then this is the perfect recipe. Its creamy and savory nothing spicy has been used and I am sure kids would love to have them in their lunch box.
Boiled potatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs) , cubed | |
Low fat veg mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Italian seasoning | 1 Teaspoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Onion | 2 Tablespoon , finely chopped | |
Tomatoes | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped | |
Bread slices | 8 |
MAKING
1. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients well except the bread slices.
2. Place the mixture over one bread slice and cover with another slice. Place into a sandwhich maker and cook according to the timer of the machine.
SERVING
3. Serve potato sandwich with tomato ketchup and enjoy!
