Whole wheat buns 4 , split
For filling
Chopped cooked crabmeat 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Tuna canned in water 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Anchovies in olive oil 1 Ounce
Low sodium mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
Low fat sour cream 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Celery stalk with leaves 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chopped
Green onion and tops 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chopped
Colored peppers 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , cut into strips 2 inches long
Fresh lettuce leaves 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , torn into large pieces



1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except buns.

2. Fill buns with seafood mixture.


3. Serve immediately.

Tips - The filling can be prepared and refrigerated until ready for use. A dash of fresh lime juice maybe added just before stuffing the buns.
