|Rye bread slice||2|
|Skinless boneless chicken breast fillets||1 Small , baked|
|Low fat cheese slice||1|
|Low fat mayonnaise||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomato||1 Small , cut in rings|
|Salt & pepper||To Taste|
1. Spread the mayo on both slices. Now place the lettuce leaf on one slice.
2. Place the chicken fillet and top it with tomato rings.
3. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Cover it with the cheese slice.
4. Place another bread slice over this and press lightly. This will ensure all the ingredients stick to each other.
5. Pack it tight in aluminium foil.
6. Serve cold with a beverage of your choice.
