GETTING READY
1. Pre-heat the griller or sandwich maker.
2. Toast the whole wheat bread slices slightly.
MAKING
3. Brown the ground lean veal in the non-stick skillet. No fat is needed as the meat cooks in its own fat and juices as they are released.
4. Add seasonings (next 6 ingredients) and cook 5 minutes.
