Starbucks Bacon and Gouda Artisan Breakfast Sandwich is a wonderful breakfast sandwich to make. It is easy to do. You need some ciabatta bread, bacon, gouda cheese, and some scrambled eggs. You can be making this recipe in no time. Best of all you can make these up on the weekend and reheat these during the week.
Ciabatta rolls | 2 , cut horizontally into halves | |
Egg | 6 | |
Gouda cheese slices | 2 | |
Bacon strips | 6 , cooked | |
Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
Half and half/Milk | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon |
MAKING
1. In a bowl, combine eggs, half and half, mix well.
2. In a skillet, melt butter, pour the egg mixture and stir until cooked.
3. On lower half of a ciabatta roll, place 1/2 of the prepared scrambled egg, place a gouda slice and 2 strips of bacon. Repeat the process to make the other sandwich.
SERVING
4. Serve fresh.
TIP
You can also use ciabatta rolls with cheese for this recipe.
