Lunch Wrap

Lunch wraps are a quick, easy and healthy lunch option to send the kids to school with or enjoy on a Saturday afternoon.

Ingredients

Ranch dressing 2 Tablespoon
Cream cheese 2 Tablespoon (at room temperature)
Tortillas 2 Medium
Meat slices 8 (of choice)
Cheese slices 4 (of choice)
Romaine lettuce leaves 8
Tomato 1 Small , sliced
Pickles 2 Small , slit lengthwise

Directions

MAKING

1. In a small bowl combine the cream cheese and ranch dressing.

2. Lather cheese spread over tortilla shell and then top with 4 slices of meat, 2 slices of cheese, 1 romaine leaf, 1 tomato slice and 1 pickle slice.

3. Repeat the process for the second wrap.

SERVING

4. Cut in half and serve or wrap in plastic or foil and carry for a quick lunch!
