Cocktail rye bread slice/Pumpernickel bread /sliced baguettes 16
Monterey jack/Swiss cheese 4 Ounce , shredded (1 cup)
Canned sauerkraut 1 , rinsed, drained and finely chopped
Rare beef roast/Smoked turkey breast 8 Ounce , very finely sliced
Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
Spicy brown mustard 1 Teaspoon
Olives 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Ripe or Stuffed)



1) Onto each slice of bread spread a tablespoon of the cheese and a tablespoon of the sauerkraut

2) Top the bread with slices of meat

3) Into a large sheet of foil, cover the sandwiches and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours

4) Into a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard

5) Cling wrap and place in the refrigerator to chill

6) Place the sandwiches onto a baking tray

7) Bake for 7 minutes at 400 F till cheese is just melted


8) Place the sandwiches onto a tray and serve hot with mayonnaise
