Steak Sandwich

Flank steak 3 Pound (1 Number)
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , crushed
Salt To Taste
Freshly ground pepper To Taste
French bread loaf 1
Softened butter 2 Ounce



1. Start by trimming the fibrous outer membrane with a knife and also rub the meat with crushed garlic


3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the steak and place steak on a platter

4. Split the bread and apply butter in the inside surface

5. Place bread on the side of the grill to toast it

6. Carve the steak across the grain at a slightly diagonal angle into thin slices

7. Place the steaks on the bottom half of the bread and cover top with other half of bread


8. Serve the steak sandwich with dijon mustard
