Superb Submarine Sandwiches

French bread loaves 2 Pound (2 Numbers, 1 Pound Each)
Cream cheese 3 Ounce , softened (1 Package)
Mayonnaise 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Finely chopped chives 2 Tablespoon
Cooked ham slices 8 (1/8 Inch)
Genoa salami slices 8 (1/8 Inch)
Pickle and pimento loaf slices 8 (1/8 Inch)
Summer sausage 8 (1/8 Inch)
Pepper To Taste
Torn romaine lettuce 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Tomato 1 , chopped and drained
Commercial italian dressing 2 Tablespoon



1) Using a sharp knife, cut the bread into half lengthwise and then again cross wise

2) Into a bowl combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise and the chives and keep aside

3) Onto each bottom slice of the bread spread the 1 tablespoon of the cream mixture

4) Take the meat slices, fold into half and arrange 2 slices each of each meat onto the bread

5) Into another bowl, mix together the lettuce, tomato, olives and the Italian dressing and toss to coat

6) Spoon carefully over the meat and cover with the top bread slice


7) Serve the sandwiches immediately
