Open Face Turkey Sandwiches


Pumpernickel OR Dark Rye Bread 6 slices
Cooked Turkey Breast 12 slices
Tomatoes 2 nos, thinly sliced
Green Pepper 1/2 no, diced
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup, grated
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Finely Diced Mushrooms 1 cup



1) Preheat the broiler.


2) On a baking sheet, arrange the bread slices.

3) On each slice of bread place 2 slices of tomato and 2 slices of turley.

4) Sprinkle green pepper on top.

5) In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, cheese and salt. Add in the mushrooms and stir well.

6) Spread the mushroom mixture over the bread slices.

7) Broil the bread till it becomes golden brown and bubbly.


8) Serve the Open Face Turkey Sandwiches hot. Serve mustard sauce on the side, if desired.
