Seafood Club Sandwiches

White bread slice 8 , toasted
Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon , softened (as required)
Lettuce leaves 8
Canned tuna 7 Ounce , drained, flaked
Smoked oysters 3 1/4 Ounce
Cooked shrimps 4
Hard cooked egg slices 4
Tomatoes slices 4 (round)
Cucumber slices 4 (round)



1. Top each of the 4 bread slices spread with butter a lettuce leave.

2. Arrange tuna over it and cover with lettuce leaf.

3. Top oysters atop the second lettuce leaf layer, keeping aside a few for garnishing.

4. Cover with the other toast, secure with toothpicks.

5. Cut the sandwiches into three equal pieces, garnish with oysters, shrimps, eggs, cucumber, and tomatoes.


6. Serve immediately with Sauce Tartare or any other sauce of your choice.
