Barbecue Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients

Thinly sliced cooked beef/Pork 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Bay leaf 1
Instant minced onion 2 Tablespoon
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , minced
Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
Catsup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Paprika 2 Teaspoon
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Crushed oregano 1 Teaspoon
Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Tarragon vinegar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cracked pepper 1 Teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Liquid smoke seasoning 3 Drop

Directions

Combine ingredients in slow-cooking pot.

Cover and cook on low 4 to 6 hours.

Remove and discard bay leaf.

Serve hot over French rolls or buttered toast.

Makes 4 to 5 servings.
