Tangy Barbecue Sandwiches

Ingredients

Chopped celery 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Ketchup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Barbecue sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Boneless chuck roast 4 Pound
Hamburger buns 18

Directions

MAKING

1) In a slow cooker, first add celery, onions, ketchup, barbecue sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and water. Mix thoroughly.

2) Now add in the chuck roast and toss the mixture over it.

3) Close the slow cooker with the lid and cook on HIGH for 6 to 7 hours.

4) Once cooked, take away the roast and let it cool considerably.

5) Using a fork, shred the roast thinly.

6) Put it back into the slow cooker and heat along with the sauce.

SERVING.

7) Place the mixture on top of the buns and serve right away.
