Chuck Steak Sandwiches

Onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chopped
Lemon juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salad oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Celery salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Thyme 1/2 Teaspoon
Oregano 1/2 Teaspoon
Rosemary 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , minced
Chuck steak 2 1/2 Pound , cut 1/2 inch thick



1)In a bowl, mix chopped onion, lemon juice, salad oil, salts, pepper, thyme, oregano, rosemary and minced garlic.

2)On a shallow pan, add in the steak.

3)Pour the mixture over and allow it to stand for several hours. During marination, turn several times.


4)Line the steak on the grill over hot coals.

5)Grill till the steak is done to your liking.

6)With a barbecue brush, baste often while grilling.


7)Make thin steak slices and sandwich it between cut halves of French bread.

8)Serve immediately.
